Guisborough Optical Stores Are Running Competition for Children to Model Eyewear

Guisborough Optical Stores Are Running Competition for Children to Model Eyewear

An optical store in Guisborough is looking for young models for its new line of glasses for children. Rees and Wade Opticians are running a contest that will select children who will compete against one another to win the title of “Young Faces of Rees & Wade” for 2014.

Known for its wide offering of designer sunglasses and kids glasses frames, the glasses store is making an attempt to get its youngest customers involved by inviting those aged under 16 years of age to come forward and be their models. The contest involves showing up at the store, located in 85 Westgate, Guisborough on January 18th, and get photographed modeling designer glasses from the store which will be provided for participants. The photographs will then be shared on the store’s official Facebook page, and the shortlisted candidates will be selected based on how many likes/votes their photographs receive.

A panel of professionals who will select the winner of the contest will then judge the shortlisted candidates. The winner of course, will get to be the young face of the optical store and his or her face will represent Rees and Wade Opticians. The timings for this photo shoot will begin from 10am and wrap up by 4pm; parents are requested to bring their children in for practice between these times.
